A new website that keeps working for you.

We rebuild the site you have now so it finally feels like your place. Then it keeps working: you update your menus in minutes, get a report every month, and add your own gift cards whenever you like.

sound familiar?

Your place is great. Online, it doesn’t show.

  • “Guests call to ask our hours, because the site is a pain on a phone.”
  • “We only have an Instagram page. A website feels like a big project.”
  • “People ask for gift cards. We still write them by hand.”
  • “When someone nearby searches for a place like ours, we don’t show up.”

Website or no website yet, we handle all of it, and gift cards too if you want them.

what we do

Everything your place needs online.

One small team remakes the whole thing, so you’re never juggling a designer, a developer and a copywriter.

gift cards

Gift cards that sell while you sleep.

Add your own e-gift card shop to your site. A card is a meal paid for in advance, and often a brand-new guest walking through your door.

We take zero commission. Every sale lands in your own Stripe account, not ours.

why it’s a great idea

  • Paid today, enjoyed later

An e-gift card is paid for the moment it’s bought. The meal, the haircut or the coffee comes weeks, sometimes months, later.

  • The perfect last-minute gift

It’s bought in a minute and lands in their inbox instantly. Ideal for birthdays, holidays and every occasion that sneaks up on people.

  • A new guest, already paid for

Most gift cards are bought for someone else, often someone who has never been to your place. They walk in ready to become a regular.

  • They usually spend more

Guests rarely stop at the card’s exact value. They tend to add a little on top: dessert, another round, a gift for themselves.

for your team

Redeeming takes seconds.

No password, no training, no special machine. Any phone or tablet at the counter will do.

what your staff see
  1. show

Your guest shows their e-gift card. Straight from the email on their phone. Nothing to print.

  2. find

Your staff look up its code. Scan your QR code to open your portal, then type the six-character code and the balance appears.

  3. redeem

Enter the amount and confirm. Use all of it or just part. The new balance is saved instantly.

how it works

Simple, from your first hello to launch day.

No jargon and no endless meetings. Here’s exactly what happens after you say hello, and what you can count on at every step.

about 7 daysfrom your first hello to your site live.

  1. Drawing of two people talking across a café table while one takes notes
    first coffee
    step 1

    We listen

It starts with a relaxed chat, in person, on the phone or over video, whatever suits you. If you have a site, we go through it together. If not, we start from a blank page. We ask about your place, your regulars, your busiest nights and what keeps getting in your way. You don’t need to prepare anything or know a single tech word.

    • No homework needed
    • Honest, practical ideas
    • A written proposal with the scope and timeline
  2. Drawing of hands sketching website pages next to a laptop
    sketches first
    step 2

    We design & build

We sketch your pages around the one thing you want visitors to do: book a table, call, or walk through your door. Then we write the words in your voice and build it with your photos and your menu. You watch it take shape and tell us what feels right.

    • Made for phones first, where most guests find you
    • Menu, hours and booking one tap away
    • Review rounds built in, so it feels like yours
  3. Drawing of a guest showing her phone while staff scan it at the counter
    ready for guests
    step 3

    We connect everything

We connect your booking and ordering buttons, set up your menu portal and, if you add them, your gift cards. Then your site goes live.

    • Your booking and ordering tools, connected
    • Update your menu yourself in minutes
    • Gift cards sold online, if you add them
  4. Drawing of a smiling baker serving a customer at the counter
    still here after launch
    step 4

    We stick around

Launch day is a beginning, not a goodbye. We keep your site fast, secure and up to date, change it when your menu or hours change, and keep looking for small ways to bring in more guests. When you have a question, you reach a real person who knows your place.

    • Updates and fixes without the runaround
    • Seasonal menus and specials, handled
    • Small improvements, month after month
after launch

We don’t disappear after launch.

You run your place. We keep an eye on your site and tell you, in plain words, what it brings in.

replies, ready to approve
  1. monthly

One short email on the 1st of every month. How many people found you, how many called, booked or ordered, how your Google rating is doing, and one idea to try.

  2. reviews

With the Google reviews option, every review gets a reply. We draft a warm answer in your voice. You read it, change a word if you like, and approve.

  3. your menu

Your menu, updated by you. Post a new menu or an announcement from your portal, and it’s on your site in minutes.

questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Still wondering about something? Ask us in the form below.

I already have a website. Do we start from scratch?

No. We start from what you have: your menu, your photos, your domain and whatever already works. We redo the rest, add gift cards if you want them, and move everything over for you. Your current site stays up until the new one is ready.

I don’t have a website yet. Can you still help?

Yes, that’s a great place to start. We build your first site from scratch, write the words and use your photos and menu. For the web address, we can set it up for you, or guide you through getting it yourself from a trusted provider like Cloudflare. You don’t need to know where to begin: that part is our job.

How much does a website makeover cost?

Nothing up front. We build your new site first, and you only start paying once it’s live: one simple monthly price, with gift cards and Google review replies as options. No contract, and your domain and content stay yours. Tell us about your place and we’ll give you the exact price.

How long until my site is live?

About 7 days, from your first hello to launch day.

Who owns the website?

You do. The design, the words we write for you and the accounts set up in your name are yours, and your content always stays yours.

How do e-gift card payments work?

Guests pay online by card on your site, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. We take zero commission; only Stripe’s usual card fees apply. Each card is emailed to them right away.

Can I update my menu myself?

Yes. Your portal lets you post a new menu or an announcement yourself, and it shows up on your site in minutes. For anything bigger, just ask us.

Do I have to change my booking or ordering system?

No. We connect the tools you already use, so your booking and ordering buttons work from day one.

Can my site be in French and English?

Yes. We write and build sites in both languages, and the gift card portal switches languages in one tap.

Can a gift card be used twice by mistake?

No. Every card has its own random six-character code, and its balance lives in your records, not on the card. A screenshot or a forwarded email points to the same balance, so once it’s spent, it’s spent everywhere, even if two staff scan it at the same moment.

How do I keep track of the cards?

Every card and every redemption is recorded, with a full history for each card, and you get an email for every card sold.

say hello

Your new site could be live next week.

Send us your current website, if you have one, and a few lines about your place. We’ll write back personally with ideas. No pressure.

P.S. every message is read by a real person.
